Best Used Digital Mixers for Small KTV Rooms and Bars

A KTV or bar console has to be fast to teach, stable enough for staff to use unsupervised, and small enough to fit behind a counter. These three used mixers cover that brief at three different budgets.

Notre méthode

Scored on learning curve, footprint, scene recall reliability, fader and encoder durability, and used-market price. We excluded consoles that need an external stage box to be useful in a small room.

Questions fréquentes

Can staff learn these consoles quickly?

The DM3 is the fastest to teach: one screen, nine faders, and scenes that recall the whole room. The SQ-6 needs a day of training but gives you much more control.

Do used mixers come with a show file?

We back up whatever is on the console and send it with the unit. For venues, we can also build a starter scene with labelled inputs before shipping.

What fails first on a used digital mixer?

Faders, then encoders, then the screen. We test every fader and encoder and reject units with dead channels or sticky encoders.
