We sell used audio the way we would want to buy it

PROAUDIOGEARS has been sourcing and exporting used professional audio from Guangzhou since 2014. Every unit is inspected, tested and documented before it is listed.

What we actually do

We buy used professional audio from venue upgrades, rental fleet renewals and closing installations across southern China. Every unit arrives at our Panyu warehouse, where it is inspected, tested, cleaned and photographed before it is listed.

We are not a marketplace and we do not drop-ship. The unit you see is the unit you get, with its serial number on file and a test report that says what was measured, not how good it sounds.

Most of our buyers are bar owners, KTV operators, rental companies and churches in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Russia. They buy from us because the condition description matches what arrives at the port.

How an order works

Five steps, no surprises, and a person you can call at each one.

Step 1

Send the room

Dimensions, ceiling height, capacity and music style. Photos help more than words.

Step 2

Get a system + price

We recommend used units from stock, with an honest landed-cost estimate to your port.

Step 3

Verify before paying

Photos, serial numbers and a test video for each unit. Then a proforma invoice.

Step 4 & 5

Crate, ship, support

We crate, document and ship. After arrival we help with presets and commissioning by video.

What "tested" means here

Every category has a written test routine. Amplifiers are load-tested channel by channel and DC offset is measured. Subwoofers get a 20-120 Hz sweep at 70% power. Consoles have every fader and encoder checked. DJ players are tested for jog response, both outputs and firmware. Line array rigging is inspected pin by pin.

If a unit fails a test, we either repair it with documented parts or sell it as a grade C unit with the fault described in the listing. We do not hide faults behind the word "used".

Our grading standard: grade A is 90% or better cosmetically, grade B is 70-90%, grade C is 50-70% or includes a documented repair. Grading is cosmetic only — read the test line on each product page.
